1. The Filthy-Free or Free Guarantee

If our sheets don’t leave you grinning, gleaming, and filthy-free within 30 days you’ll get a 100% refund. Even if you've just had a change of heart, no worries. You just cover return postage. That's it. No awkward questions, no drama.

The guarantee applies to The Filthy Clean Starter Pack, or your first one-time purchase of a single item.

To claim, contact us with your order number and we’ll walk you through the process. It’s easier than finding socks that match after laundry day.

2. Return eligibility

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as:

• You bought the item from filthyclean.co (not some shady marketplace).
• The guarantee applies to The Filthy Clean Starter Pack, or your first one-time purchase of a single item. 3 or 6 packs, subscriptions, gift cards, and sale items are excluded.

Missed the 30-day mark? Don’t stress. If your product's still unopened and looking brand new, we'll sort you out. Just send it back with tracking and make sure it arrives without any battle scars.

3. How returns work

• Send your unused item back and cover the return postage.
• Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved within 7 business days.
• If all’s good, your refund will go straight to your original payment method. It’s almost magic—just a bit cleaner.

4. Exchanges

Something arrived damaged or weird? Want a swap instead of a refund? Just contact us and we’ll make it right.

5. Shipping your return

• Contact us before sending anything back.
• Shipping fees for returns are on you, and any original shipping costs won’t be refunded.
• Use tracking on your return. We’re not into playing hide-and-seek with your stuff.
