1. Order Processing Time
Get your order shipped same day! Place your order before 12pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday, and we'll rocket your goods out the door with the speed of a caffeinated cheetah. Miss the cutoff? All good. Our stuff ships the next business day, once we wrangle the packing tape and finish our happy dance.
2. Shipping Address Changes
Already placed your order but need to change your address? Contact us with your order number ASAP and we'll do our best to help. Once your order is out the door, we can’t reroute it, but we’ll always try to find a fix.
3. Delivery Times
- Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
- New Zealand: 2-10 business days
- Other International: 2–14 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or wild weather. (Looking at you, Melbourne.)
4. Shipping Charges
- Australia: Free delivery on orders over $100, and on all subscription orders—no code needed. Orders under $100: $10 flat rate.
- New Zealand: Free delivery on orders over $100. Orders under $100, $12.
- International: $15.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If your parcel is missing, late, or looks like it got in a fight with a delivery truck, contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you. Up to you. If it’s damaged, we’ll get a replacement out to you fast.
